Is your baby a Newborn? Or perhaps they are in the first 3 or 6 months, at the crawling stage or even up and walking? Whatever milestone they are at, we are able to do a full assessment and work out what it is that is bothering them and holding them back. We will then use gentle techniques, including Cranial Osteopathy, to rebalance the system of your little one, making them instantly more comfortable and settled.
Maybe you have a pain or niggle bothering you too? Often a new or expectant Mum is in need of some TLC - we can get you feeling more comfortable in no time at all.

What's included?
1. 6 specialist osteopathic treatments - one initial consultaion each for you and your baby plus 4 follow ups to be split between you both as needed (you will have separate appointments, not be treated in the same session).
2. Top to toe check of your little one, including a head review.
3. Postural guidance tailored to your individual needs and feeding choices.
4. Advice on baby milestones - we can help with any questions you may have.
5. Exercise and stretching advice for you where appropriate.

When visiting Hands on Health you can park in the driveway in front of the consulting rooms. Free parking - one less thing to worry about! And you don’t need to deal with stairs when you come to visit us, which is always handy when bringing a baby to an appointment.
