We understand how overwhelming having an unsettled baby can be. We also know exactly how to help your baby feel comfortable in their own body and happy and content.
Is your baby a Newborn? Or perhaps they are in the first 3 or 6 months, at the crawling stage or even up and walking? Whatever milestone they are at, we are able to do a full assessment and work out what it is that is bothering them and holding them back. We will then use gentle techniques, including Cranial Osteopathy, to rebalance the system of your little one, making them instantly more comfortable and settled.

Ann, our osteopath specialising in babies, is also a trained Infant Feeding Coach.
Ann supports parents with evidence-based advice for navigating the initial stages of feeding, no matter which feeding method is chosen, and support with any difficulties parents might face. In any one appoinment she is able to 'put on both hats' and provide you with whatever treatment and advice is needed to get your baby on the road to recovery in the quickest possible time.

Wednesday 8.15am - 8.30pm
Thursday 8.15am - 8.30pm
Friday 8.15am - 4.30pm
Saturday 10.30am - 3pm
6. Ground floor clinic and easy free parking:
When visiting Hands on Health you can park in the driveway in front of the consulting rooms. Free parking - one less thing to worry about! And you don’t need to deal with stairs when you come to visit us, which is always handy when bringing a baby to an appointment.
