"It is such a relief to be pain free"
"I used to have annoying, persistent neck and shoulder pain due to lifting at work. Jane’s treatment and stretching plan helped immediately and within a few sessions I felt so much better. It is such a relief to be pain free and able to get on with my job without distraction."
Dave,Camera Operator, Marlow Bottom
"treatment is really relaxing but also effective"
"Sitting at my desk all day makes my back niggly and sore. Jane’s treatment is really relaxing but also effective and her advice to do certain stretches and exercises are a real help. I feel so much better since seeing her for maintenance sessions."
Laura, Marketing Executive, Maidenhead
"I had a problem that no one else could fix"
"My neck and shoulder pain had been an ongoing problem that no one else could fix, until I visited Hands on Health. I am pleased to say that the manipulation of my muscles and joints plus doing my 'homework' has made a real difference. I am very happy that I am now able to do my card making and get out and enjoy my gardening again without the pain bothering me."
Val, keen Gardener, Hurley
"treatment quickly eased my pain"
"Jane keeps me going! When I first saw her I had a very painful back injury that stopped me from bowling. Jane's treatment quickly eased my pain and I now have maintenance appointments to keep the symptoms at bay and I am able to bowl 3 or 4 times a week."
Felicity, retired Teacher, Lane End
"Jane used her expertise"
"I don't know what I would do without Jane! My right knee had been very painful, especially at night, and it was really getting me down. Jane used her expertise to talk me through what was going on and provided me with notes of what to say when I saw my GP. I was quickly put on the path to knee replacement surgery and I can say with confidence that is was the right thing to do. I am very happy with the outcome. My new knee is not perfect but it is much better than the old one and I am now having regular manipulation of the surrounding muscles by Jane to speed along the healing process."
Sally, Retired PA, Marlow Bottom
"my spine feels so much more flexible"
"I am a keen golfer but was getting very frustrated by the fact that I couldn't complete a whole round of golf because of spasms in my back. After a few treatments of Jane manipulating my muscles my spine feels so much more flexible. I am thrilled because I have just come back from a golfing holiday where I played 18 holes every day for 4 days with no pain whatsoever!?
Ian, Retired Engineer, Marlow Bottom
