Ann is delighted to bring the benefits of osteopathy to the community – be it for babies, children, the elderly or any one in between.
She utilises a broad range of osteopathic techniques including Cranial Osteopathy and gentle joint and soft tissue manipulation, selecting the most appropriate approach according to the needs and preferences of the individual. Ann finds it particularly rewarding to work with expectant mothers, new born babies and children. She is also trained as an Infant Feeding Coach and supports parents with evidence-based advice for navigating the initial stages of feeding no matter which feeding method is chosen and support with any difficulties parents might face with feeding.
Prior to qualifying as an osteopath Ann spent a number of years working as a Personal Trainer and as an exercise specialist for the NHS on cardiac rehabilitation and fall prevention programs across Buckinghamshire.
In 2010, after 5 years of rigorous training, Ann achieved an honours degree in Osteopathy from the College of Osteopaths in London. She joined Jane at Hands on Health in 2013.
