Senior Osteopath and Baby and Feeding Specialist
Ann is a highly experienced Senior Osteopath with particular expertise in cranial osteopathy for babies and young children, alongside many years of successfully treating adults of all ages. She qualified with an Honours degree in Osteopathy from the College of Osteopaths in London in 2010 and has built a strong reputation for thoughtful, effective and highly individualised care.
She treats patients across the lifespan - from newborn babies and expectant mothers to active adults and older patients - carefully adapting her approach to suit each person’s needs. As a qualified Infant Feeding Coach, Ann also provides evidence-based guidance and practical support for early feeding, supporting both baby and parent where challenges arise.
Before retraining as an osteopath, Ann worked as a Personal Trainer and NHS exercise specialist in cardiac rehabilitation and falls prevention, giving her a strong foundation in rehabilitation and lifelong movement health. She joined Hands on Health in 2013 and plays a central role in the clinic’s reputation for high-quality, compassionate care.
